Activities and Events
We actively engage in restoring and preserving the environmental and cultural values in the Park. We support co-management aspirations of Wadi Wadi Traditional Owners.

Achievements
We have successfully lobbied for better management of the Park for nearly 30 years, standing with Wati Wati and First Nations community to protect the precious Cultural Landscape. Our perserverence, professionalism and dilligence has stregthened our ability to advocate to all levels of Government and build community networks.

Formation Reason
In 1996, imminent logging of the red gum wetland forest led the community to gather to object and fight to get the State Forest upgraded to a park. It took 15 years, but we did it. FLORA AND FAUNA
Murray Darling Carpet Python needs habitat like the floodplain forests to ensure survival. One of the big threats is loss of habitat and illegal firewood cutting. We lobby for better management and more Rangers to police this theft.
